Child labour

• The company does not employ workers under the age of 15.
• Persons under the age of 18 do not perform hazardous or heavy work in the company, except for training purposes regulated by national laws and other legal acts.
• The worst forms of child labour are prohibited in the company.

Forced and compulsory labour

• Employment relationships in the company are voluntary and based on mutual consent, without the threat of a penalty.
• There is no evidence of forced or compulsory labour in the company, including but not limited to:
  • physical and sexual violence;
  • bonded labour;
  • withholding of wages, including the payment of employment fees and (or) a deposit in order to start work;
  • restriction of mobility;
  • retention of passports and identity documents;
  • threats of denunciation to the authorities without grounds.

Discrimination in employment and occupation

• Employment and occupation practices in the company are non-discriminatory.

Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining

• Workers in the company may establish their own workers' organisations or join others of their choosing.
• The company respects the freedom of workers' organisations to draw up their own constitutions and rules.
• The company respects the rights of workers to engage in lawful activities related to forming, joining or assisting a workers' organisation, or to refrain from doing so; it does not discriminate against or punish workers for exercising these rights.
• The company negotiates in good faith with lawfully established workers' organisations and (or) duly selected representatives and makes every effort to reach a collective agreement.
• Collective agreements in force (if any are concluded) will be implemented in the company.
